I don’t know what to say. I work in the medical field and I treat people with kindness and respect and I just don’t feel that when I come here. I’m not heard. I told the service department that I had a REPAIR light that kept coming on. They did an oil change They did an oil change. I spent two hours waiting patiently just to have see my internal repair light come on. Overall, I just haven’t had a good experience with Honda and it’s unfortunate because I used to work here when I was very young. It had a reputable name back then. I’m thankful for smart cars. I think this is gonna be the end of the era where our cars will tell us the problems. More

I've taken my Ridgeline in twice. The first time was for the first scheduled maintenance. I waited four hours in the lounge. The second was the other day. The vehicle kept tu The first time was for the first scheduled maintenance. I waited four hours in the lounge. The second was the other day. The vehicle kept turning off at stop lights and then one morning would not turn on. I took it in and described the problem. The two people who serviced me said that it is likely a "battery issue". They changed the battery. Today, my Ridgeline died twice at stop lights again...no change. Looks like they should not have pre-diagnosed "battery problem" so quickly. Jessica is a positive person to work with. More
