Jessica and the service team worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and repair a difficult problem: the Auto Engine Shut-Off in my 2022 Pilot had stopped working. It took 3 visits and at least 10 labor ho troubleshoot and repair a difficult problem: the Auto Engine Shut-Off in my 2022 Pilot had stopped working. It took 3 visits and at least 10 labor hours to finally correct the problem. Through it all, Jessica was kind, professional, empathetic, and positive. Thank you! More
