Jessilda, or as we call her “Jess,” is new to the automotive industry but has already excelled at an impressive pace. She quickly completed GM’s training and certification program with excellent scores, building strong product knowledge across the GMC lineup. Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her dogs, who she treats like family—and she even loves cooking for them. We went across the street to Hyundai and literally no one came out to help us. We stood there for over 25 minutes and still nothing, so we left. Eric came out to greet us right away, and I immediately knew we picked the right dealership. His energy was super positive and welcoming.
