I initially was very happy with the salesman and the dealership but then I signed the papers and everything went downhill from there. We purchased the vehicle on 6/13, and we were told that a small dent would be fixed on Monday, so we left the car at the dealership instead of driving it back and forth. Which we were told we would be contacted when it was ready to pick up. We finally decided to call the dealership where we were then told oh no that takes 2-3 days to fix and it has not even been sent to the shop yet. and was told we could come get the car and schedule the fix for later which if we were told that from the beginning would have been ok. When we got to the dealership the manager on sight would not even come speak to us and we had to go through the whole story yet again with a new person as the salesperson was also out. We then had to sit there for almost an hour while the car was washed and cleaned up, fueled etc which the dealership knew we were coming. Once the car was finally ready, we asked to schedule the repair and was told that Bianca would call us on Tuesday. Go out to the car and had to still wait because the temp tag was not even on the car. Bianca called late Tuesday afternoon and left us a number that when called was told she no longer worked in that dept and was transferred to a phone that did not have a voicemail even set up. I did get a text message from a different number later from Bianca and texted that number back and did finally get in touch with her and she had stated initially to just bring it by, and it would be fixed same day. Where we had to tell her that the dealership management said no it needed to go to a body shop. she said let me look into this and get back to you. 2 days later she finally got ahold of me and scheduled the fix around a time the car would not be needed. 1. Told a fix would happen that did not 2. Left car and did not have one for 3 days that i could have 3. Was not important enough for the management to even come speak to when we did come pick up the car that was not ready. 4. spent another hour at least waiting for said car that had been in your possession for 3 days. 5. Had to request my temp tag from my purchase 6. Could not schedule the repair while there. 7. No communication within the dealership as to how long an actual fix will take so everyone is on the same page. 8. Now having to drop the car off at a future date for another anticipated 3-6 days without a vehicle as I have been requested to drop car off on Friday morning but was previously told it would not be worked on until the first of the week. Since I leave out of town on Sunday and you are not open Sunday and I was told no one would do anything to it on Saturday so needed to have it there Friday morning. I am not sure where we go from here as I don't have much faith or trust that the car will even get fix appropriately now or that I can trust what I am being told.
