"VERY VERY SHADY DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I AM..."

- Rovaldez22

VERY VERY SHADY DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I AM WARNING ANYONE WHO HAS BOUGHT A CAR OR LOOKING TO PURCHASE ONE FROM HERE AS DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR "SMOOTH" PROCESS. I bought a honda civic which I found out that the selling price was $2000 higher than the moroney sticker that was not in the vehicle after we left. A year and a half later, we saw that they took complete advantage of us and added warranties that cost over $4500 of bs that is already covered by the manufacturer for 3 years on bumper to bumper problems. We have gone here 5 different times and each time they refuse to cancel the OPTIONAL WARRANTIES THAT CAN BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME. We are talking with the attorney general office of illinois as this is how pathetic this dealership is as we already bought a different car and had the odometer statement and they still refused which we know is illegal and we will do everything we can to let the internet know about this unbelievable practice this store does.

"Bad experience"

- mbaut

Sales manager lacks common courtesy. Should not be working in customer service. Was ready to make a buy but the man walked out. Good luck!

"Good Sales Person"

- ojedanoemi521

Frank Garcia was our sales person but he is not listed below as a salesman. He is easy to talk to, and easy to trust. He was great in trying to work a price we both can be happy with. He didn't make it feel rushed or pressured to buy. If only the paperwork can move a bit faster. I am starving!

"Best car buying experience ever"

- Andrew Neal

We have bought mnany cars over the years - mostly Hondas. This was our first purchase from Honda City, and we will definitely go back to them when we buy our next Honda. Easily the smoothest and most hassle-free car purchase we've ever done. They had the model and color we wanted, and didn't try to sell else something we didn't want.. We reached a deal quickly and painlessly, and the paperwork and delivery werehandled professionally and efficiently. Great experience - thanks Casey and team.
