The ease of buying having the car delivered was perfect! My only issue was that the car did not have the correct manual, and it took over a week to get it, because it had to be ordered. I purchased my car online, and it was delivered to my house. Jesus Navarro Reeza Raul and Edwin were all extremely helpful. Buying the car was a breeze. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was beca house. Jesus Navarro Reeza Raul and Edwin were all extremely helpful. Buying the car was a breeze. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I was given an incorrect manual, and it took over a week to get the proper one. Jesus was very helpful, however, as was Brittany in customer service. I just wanted to say this has been the most enjoyable experience I had with the purchase of a new vehicle. The whole team at Diamond from sales representative Jesus Navarro, Sales manager Raul, and Finan experience I had with the purchase of a new vehicle. The whole team at Diamond from sales representative Jesus Navarro, Sales manager Raul, and Finance Edwin Acevedo they were very professional and friendly.. The process of buying a vehicle was made super easy and efficient. I would like to especially thank Jesus and Armando Navarro because after the online sale was completed they personally brought my truck to my house which is located over 2 hours away. I thought this going above and beyond the normal personal touch of a sales person. This show me that these guys truly care and take a lot of pride in they work.
