Had a pretty luck warm response from other dealers. Found this dealership on google with good ratings. When contacted then straight forward they sent me the pricing and available vehicles. Great experience for my long distance, out of state purchase, that I flew in to complete. Mike Maloney and David Lurie were the best. It helped me get over my hesitation over purchasing a vehicle without having the opportunity to drive it first, but it was the kind of vehicle I was looking for and was hard to find near me at a reasonable price that I could afford. Financing was handled efficiently as well, so my stay at the dealership wasn't too long, as I had a very long drive back afterward. I'm lowering my rating because after a month, I am still unable to get license plates for my car due to a lack of paperwork from the dealer and/or the service they use to handle out of state title and registration work. The date on my temporary tag has expired, and there has been very little communication. I reached out once, got a response, and thought things would be progressing from there, but then another 2+ weeks went by with no progress. I reached out again and am still waiting. This is getting bad. I didn't buy the car to have it sit in my garage waiting for my opportunity to get it licensed. They said there are delays due to COVID, but the state is not echoing that sentiment. SECOND UPDATE. The plates issues were caused by the third party they use for out of state transactions. Upon my request, the dealership really pushed this through, and I received the plates only about a month late, so they are worthy of the full ratings once again. As for their third party contractor, maybe they should think about using someone else. More
