Jewell was patient, professional, and truly listened to what I needed. She never made me feel pressured or rushed, and she stuck with me the entire time. I had visited other dealerships before this, but none of them were willing to put in the effort like Jewell did. Initially went in with the intent to look at a certain vehicle. About 20 minutes prior to appointment time for this vehicle received a text stating it was out on loan. We were already on the way. So we we vehicle. About 20 minutes prior to appointment time for this vehicle received a text stating it was out on loan. We were already on the way. So we went, unfortunately. Cue the yo-yo sale. We were told we were approved for financing from Gulf Winds by Morgan, financing was never a concern as my spouse has an almost 800 credit score and we have low debt to income ratios so perfect. We check the mail and find a denial letter from Gulf Winds, dated the same day we purchased. We have now had the car about two weeks, even went back in post purchase, was never told We were never approved. Now I know dealers will often do spot sales without financing secured but that was not ever discussed. We were point blank told we were approved and where from. Now financing fell through, the car had already had mechanical issues (sensor out and dash lights popping up), and when we reached out to the sales woman we used she did not respond. At this point, they can have this car back, I’ll take the trade and down payment back. Currently debating on filing a complaint with Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles as they have a portal for this. We bought a car from Ford about a week after this ordeal, zero issues. Smooth. No financing issues. Nothing. Save the headache, buy elsewhere. More

I updated this review to reflect the absolute lack of professionalism shown in the month since I have purchased this vehicle. Not only did it have multiple hidden issues suck as water leaking into the pa professionalism shown in the month since I have purchased this vehicle. Not only did it have multiple hidden issues suck as water leaking into the passenger floorboard and overfilled tires to mask tpms sensor failures, we are also being given the runaround on our trade in. The loan for the trade has still not been paid, and when attempting to call and inquire we have been hung up on repeatedly. The one time we were able to speak with someone, they told us it that it was because they had not recieved payment from the financing company. The trade was accepted on the 19th of July, and when we initially called to inquire, they told us that they had not submitted the paperwork, and did not do so until ar least the 4th of August. That doesnt seem like an issue with the bank, but more of an issue with the dealerships lackluster and untimely business practices. As of the 19th of August, exactly one month later, I still have not had the loan on our trade paid off, and will be forced to continue paying on a vehicle in their possession or else my credit is negatively affected. After the initial issues we had, we asked to return the vehicle and regain possession of our trade in, but our salesperson Jewell responded with an absolutely smug attitude "wishing us luck" with our new vehicle because it would not be possible to cancel the purchase, even with them in violation of the contract. Once my wife changed her review to accurately reflect the situation, she contacted us several times begging for her to change her review. More
