Although sales person was amazing I requested a new car not only this has mileages it was used on the dealership level and inside has scratches and you can see that this was definitely not used carefully a not only this has mileages it was used on the dealership level and inside has scratches and you can see that this was definitely not used carefully and some paint issues so that does not make me happy at all and makes me question going back to it after I decide to trade in. After having an absolute horrible sales experience at a Hyundai dealership in Leesburg where I was trying to be “shamed” by the sales manager in the parking lot for not buying a car from them, we decided t Hyundai dealership in Leesburg where I was trying to be “shamed” by the sales manager in the parking lot for not buying a car from them, we decided to take the ride to Hyundai of Central Florida in Clermont. What a difference! I was met by a sales person, Jill Burks, and what a difference in Clermont’s approach to selling cars. I was impressed with Jill’s knowledge and friendly demeanor and there was no pressure. We quickly walked through the parking lot in 95* heat as she showed me the model I was looking for. Inside she explained all the features and the price. There was no haggling, dealer prep fees, or additional ridiculous add ons which increased the price of the car in Leesburg by thousands. The sales manager, Devin, came and explained their approach to selling cars as a dealership that does not try to take advantage of individuals. We were even pleased while speaking with the finance manager, Anthony, with his no pressure explanation of extended warranties. Although the model we wanted was not on the lot, they searched, found it and brought it in without any additional fees. My wife and I are thrilled with our new Santa Fe and highly recommend Hyundai of Central Florida and especially Jill Burks and the team for a wonderful buying experience More
