Buying a new Elantra at Central Florida Hyundai has been a very pleasant experience. There was no sales pressure whatsoever and Patrick W. was very courteous and knowledgeable. The specific model I wanted was in transit, so I had to wait a little bit, but Patrick called when it arrived 10 days earlier than expected. I was till skeptical because, you know, car dealers have a certain reputation, and if there are no dealer fees, maybe there are "other fees", but NO, I actually ended up getting it for below MSRP, and less than I had reserved for because of an ongoing Memorial Day sale. From sales to financing, everything went very smooth, no pressure, no tricks, and no funky fees or unexpected charges. Even though the car came fresh of the truck just a few hours before, it was prepped an ready in their staging area and Patrick walked me through the most important features before sending me off... Overall, a great car buying experience and I would definitely recommend them as your first point of contact. More
