Many things quit working within days of buying the car I am extremely disappointed with this company and feel very taken advantage of. My loan was through Pinnacle Bank as a domestic abuse survivor and I w I am extremely disappointed with this company and feel very taken advantage of. My loan was through Pinnacle Bank as a domestic abuse survivor and I was very excited and trusted this dealership to put me in a car that would last me a long time since this is the first time I have ever been able to be approved on any type of loan for a car. Within a day of buying the car and taking it home, the gas gage quit working so I have no idea how to tell how much gas I actually have in my car now. When I called the salesperson which sold me the car, he at first told me to bring it back in to have the mechanic look at it but then later called back and said that the car was sold as is and there was nothing they could do to help me so I have to save my money to get this fixed on my own and have a very limited income to do so. Just a few days ago, the automatic window motor in my driver side door has now gone out and I have to come up with money to replace the motor to the window now because my window is stuck in the down position. I am extremely frustrated that this company claims to have done a full inspection on the car but yet the gas gage quit working the day after I purchased the car and now the motors are going out in the windows. I am very upset and feel stuck in this car now and am extremely worried that any day the motor or something else will go out as it has been nothing but problems since I got the car. If I had my choice, I would have never purchased this car from this dealership and will never recommend any of my family to do so either as they took advantage of me as a domestic abuse survivor. More

They all work hard for us. Great staff , we were buying a car that was a not really necessary a convertible Mustang. The car was 14 years old but brand new with very low mileage Great staff , we were buying a car that was a not really necessary a convertible Mustang. The car was 14 years old but brand new with very low mileage and they worked with the bank to get us a great interest rate . We shopped and shopped they had the car, the deal, and the best staff . Being from another state all my QUESTIONS were answered by Glenda with a genuine smile while on the phone, which is a rare feeling these day's. When it came to finalizing my purchase I had the pleasure of working with Ryan in the finance department. He walk me through what paper work I would need to bring with me, so that there was no mistakes when I arrived. The dealer ship had a person pick me up at the airport which went smoother than having a friend pick me up as needed sometimes. ( You all know how that can go!). Glenda made sure that my experience from the time I landed till the time I left with my new vehicle that she made sure had a full tank of gas for my journey HOME. I was treated like a long time repeat client. Chuck the manager also took the time to have a conversation with me during this purchase. On a side note Jill, had the mascot dogs greet me at the front door. Schrier Automotive really care about what they are doing. 5 STAR WOW SERVICE!!!! More

Walked into the dealership a few hours later (after I got off work), and was introduced to Frank. Frank took us to see the car and give us a tour of the place. Took less than half hour to agree on a price and off we went with my new car. Great, great people working there. The owner of the dealership and the managers all came and introduced themselves to us. What an awesome place. Highly recommend them!!!! More
