I am very pleased with my experiences at Kirksville Toyota from the sales staff to the maintenance staff in the shop. This is my second purchase from K-town Toyota and Jim Brown has always made the car purchasing experience pleasant from start to finish. Everything is up front with no surprises or pressure to purchase. Jim and the sales staff do everything in their power to make the customer happy in my experience.
