Randomly found Chignoli on CarGurus after we couldn't find the exact car we'd been looking for. Took a spontaneous drive down to Joliet and so glad we did! Joe and team were amazing, easy to work with, nice, informative, fair, and quick! What a pleasantly surprised experience! We were in and out with 1.5 hours with our new car. They even gave us a Chignoli hat and water bottle -- sounds cheesy but nothing that a big box dealership would provide. Family owned and operated, which was a big plus. I'll definitely plan to go there first for any future cars. Highly recommend! More
