No hassle no pressure salesperson (Lawrence). He was very accommodating in test driving a couple vehicles and explaining features. Also, he provided a tour of facility. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional in processing trade-in and sale of new vehicle. The entire process was streamlined and paperless with digital signing and all documents handed to you on a thumb drive. Facility was bright and clean. More

My salesman Brian McCauley was wonderful and kind and helpful. If I needed to purchase another vehicle, I would want him to be my salesman. The finance man not so much. I was over charged $2000 for my helpful. If I needed to purchase another vehicle, I would want him to be my salesman. The finance man not so much. I was over charged $2000 for my Kia Soul that was on on sale, along with a $2100 rebate. I signed and Initialed a form that stated the the car was $22k and he sold it to me for $24k. More
