I wanted to pay for my vehicle in full but the finance person said that I would not get the rebates if I did so and needed to finance a minimum required amount to qualify for the rebates. I believe it was unethical not to be told that when I do that I would still pay thousands in interest even though the loan was only a month or two old. The payoff was roughly $15,500 on $10,500 after one month. Maybe I missed the fine print and what your finance department did was legal, but I believed to be unethical. More

My experience at this dealership started out well. I purchased a beautiful car and was very happy until I needed to bring the car in for a dent I sustained from a trucks tire. When I brought in the car all of a sudden I didn’t have the dent warranty I believed to have purchased. They told me they would have the financial advisor reach out and go over the terms of the purchase but I have not heard back. When leaving the dealership they made sure they didn’t forget to give me the answers they wanted me to use for their survey. Basically, they wanted me to give them 100% and tried guilting me saying any review that wasn’t at 100% would only reflect on the compensation of the sales attendant. They literally printed out a version of the survey with the highlighted answers I was to select. Overall, this dealership is not as it seems and are only interested in receiving fake reviews/rating in stead of receiving genuine feedback and learning how to improve on their shortcomings and becoming a great dealership.
