Service Manager Jim is great, but driver safety needs to be addressed when the engine stops working on the expressway and not to mention I was told to claim the towing bill to my insurance company!

Lots of lost communication.
It’s hard to understand why coming to a dealer for a warranties item takes two visits to figure out that a part is broken and needs replacement. Also

Also when explaining an issue and they try to sell you a $350 package to fix something that should be covered under a warranty. Not having the vehicle 10 months and being told to purchase more things to make the problems go away. Not a great way to conduct business or value you the customers business. This is a world or referrals and doing customers right. Not challenging them on issues or making them waste time and money to resolve them.
