Our Toyota #5 Vehicles we have purchased from Eddy's Toyota of Wichita: '08 Avalon Limited, '08 Prius Gen 2 (package 2), '10 Prius Gen 3 (package 3), '13 Prius V (p Vehicles we have purchased from Eddy's Toyota of Wichita: '08 Avalon Limited, '08 Prius Gen 2 (package 2), '10 Prius Gen 3 (package 3), '13 Prius V (package 5, unexpectedly totaled in an accident) and a '14 Avalon Limited (replaced the Prius V). Why did we return to this dealership for our '14 Avalon? Because Brandon and his Sales, Service, and Finance Departments have earned our trust. Anthony and Troy (sales) knew what we wanted in a vehicle. They located the vehicle at another dealership and had it shipped to Eddy's. Bill (service) did the inspection and gave it his seal of approval. Finally, Jim (finance) handled the final paperwork. Are we satisfied with the whole process, YES we are. Would we purchase another vehicle form this dealership and staff, if need be YES. Will we send our friends, who are looking for a new vehicle, in to talk to Troy and Anthony, YES. It is always a good feeling to know that whatever issue should come up, resolve is just a phone call away. Thanks Guys. More

Jason Roberts is a GREAT salesman! I wasn't looking to get a new vehicle as I had leased a Prius in 2011, which only had a little over 18,000 miles on it. I got a few calls from Jason I wasn't looking to get a new vehicle as I had leased a Prius in 2011, which only had a little over 18,000 miles on it. I got a few calls from Jason saying that he could get me into a new 2014 Prius at a good price. I told him I thought it would be pretty hard for him to either meet or beat what I my payments were, but he insisted he thought he could. He asked me to come in and talk to him, and I finally agreed and we set an appointment. I pretty much gave Jason an ultimatum when I set the appt. & told him I'd be there at a certain time and would give him 30-45 minutes and if we couldn't come to an understanding on what I wanted on the vehicle and that payments had to be the same or right around what I was already paying, or I would walk out. True to his word, we talked, he showed me the car and I test drove it while they checked out my car, and in about 40 minutes we had a deal. I was rushed into finance to get the paperwork started but had to get going as I had to get home. I told them I'd come back the next evening to pick up the car, which I did. When I got there, Jason got me into see Jim Elledge to finish the paperwork. They had the car detailed and waiting for me. Jason showed me some of the new features and paired my phone with the Blue Tooth in the car and off I drove in my new car with payments just a little more than what I was paying on my 2011 Prius. I'm not an easy person to deal with when buying cars, but it was a good experience with Jason and the rest of the crew. I have been going to Eddy's Toyota ever since I moved to Wichita for service on my Toyota Celica and have had great experiences with the service department (minus not so good one a couple of months ago). So all in all, I would recommend Eddy's Toyota to someone looking to buy a Toyota, which I feel is a good vehicle. Thanks Jason and Eddy's Toyota! Kay Kisner More

My wife and I dreaded shopping for a new vehicle. We wanted to replace my car with one that had a reputation for reliability. Furthermore, we wanted to purchase it from a dealership with a reputation for customer service. These two goals were overwhelmingly met at our first stop in the car shopping process - Eddy's Toyota. It's obvious that Toyota is in a class by itself, if one has done one's research. And Eddy's Toyota is an excellent flag-bearer of this strong brand. We were met on the lot by Jacob Roberts with a friendly smile and oodles of information that helped immensely in our decision. Upon deciding on a beautiful, black 2014 4Runner, the deal was sealed by Jacob and his manager, Zach Storm to our complete satisfaction. The process was thoroughly laid out and Jim Elledge guided us through the financials with great expertise and a warm personality. I am very pleased with the organization as a whole and the courtesy and professionalism I was shown. I actually look forward to returning to Eddy's soon to have the maintenance completed on my awesome new truck! Thanks to everyone at Eddy's! More

I just recently purchased my third vehicle from Eddy's Toyota and can't imagine EVER going to another dealership. Morgan Urban went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She even offered to come in and meet with me on her day off if it worked better with my schedule. She was also very patient in helping me set up my Bluetooth and register on several websites. Eddy's Toyota employees go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. I love my new Prius C!!! More
