Jim Frith also replaced air and cabin filters recommended interval. Car was both spotless both inside and out and vacuumed. They even cleaned the windshield on the inside of car.😀 Car felt brand new again, and renewed my preference for Buicks, again. Thanks Jim and service team members. Follow up from the service Manager on emails is very good business too. More

Crazy electrical problem diagnosed and fixed very nicely My 2010 Buick LaCrosse was intermittently stalling and had to be towed - I chose Liberty Buick, where I originally bought the car. Jim Frith, servic My 2010 Buick LaCrosse was intermittently stalling and had to be towed - I chose Liberty Buick, where I originally bought the car. Jim Frith, service advisor, was in charge to find out the problem. It turns out a former bad battery had leaked acid on the wiring harness underneath it, and it had also put the pollution control module (PCM) out of whack. Jim and his staff correctly diagnosed the problem. They fixed the wiring (charging me only for labor - no tax). The also found out that the PCM was still under an 8-year warranty and replaced it for free, saving me a substantial amount of money. The car has been operating perfectly since their fix. Jim also helped my wife secure a new remote for her 2009 Chevy and had it programmed right away. I was delighted with the service, and if I could assign then six stars instead of the maximum five, I would. Great folks to deal with. More

Quality of Service Review In response to an OBD and oil change the service center responded quickly with analysis, recommendation and quality service within a reasonable cost. Purchase a New Car MY last purchase from Liberty was a 2004 Buick Rainier.. During a routine service on the Rainier I spoke with Randy in Sales he said he would call me MY last purchase from Liberty was a 2004 Buick Rainier.. During a routine service on the Rainier I spoke with Randy in Sales he said he would call me in 2 days he was getting in a 2016 Envision that I would like. Well he followed up as promised. He was excellent in his knowledge of this vehicle and all its gadgets and along with the finance department we were able to close the deal. They work with you and your budget to put you in the vehicle of your choice. The Jim Firth in the service department is excellent too. They don't forget about you once you leave the lot. If your looking for a quality vehicle with excellent support this is the place to go. More

Quality service from all around I drive over 35 miles and pass 10 certified dealerships just to see everyone at Liberty Buick . When and if I do need service done on my car, every I drive over 35 miles and pass 10 certified dealerships just to see everyone at Liberty Buick . When and if I do need service done on my car, every time I go in, Jim always takes great care of me. He always informs me of upcoming service needs for my car. If I do need to check into service, Jim always makes sure that I have a loaner car, or the service shuttle is available. I helped a family member purchase a vehicle at Liberty Buick, we only had two hours. When I told the customer service manager (Rita) of the time crunch. We did a test drive, agreed on the price, went through service and finance and still had 15 minutes to spare- service was impressive!! Thanks for the great service! More
