I did not cry!! I always end up in tears when I buy a car because I just hate giving personal info to a stranger who doesn't understand how hard it can be for some of I always end up in tears when I buy a car because I just hate giving personal info to a stranger who doesn't understand how hard it can be for some of us to do that. Terry was amazingly patient and understanding as we filled out the plethora of paperwork. I even asked for a good stopping point and to finish paperwork the next day. There was no pressure to continue that same day. He talked with my husband but also was attentive to my questions. Terry was very thorough and professional but easy to converse with. I still hate buying a vehicle but this has been the least painless EVER! More
