I was very pleased with my experience! It began with an online inquiry and then Austen reached out to me within a few minutes. In the first call he made it personal by walking the lot to s It began with an online inquiry and then Austen reached out to me within a few minutes. In the first call he made it personal by walking the lot to see the car and made an appointment with me to come down. He text and followed up with me and answered all my questions. He always text back quickly and was honest and NEVER pushy. While we made an appt to see one car he still showed me others and helped discuss the decision with my family versus simply pushing a decision. The financial negotiations were smooth and respectful, open and fair. (Think his name was Justin, another great guy to work with) The signing process was smooth and very personable, with conversation in between as people versus a simple business transaction. Austen continued to follow up with me the next day and I appreciate him being open to have me reach out anytime. Very happy with all employees! More

Overall, I was pleased to get the car I wanted, and working with Jennifer Garcia was a positive experience. However, my interaction with your finance department was disappointing and lived up to the ne working with Jennifer Garcia was a positive experience. However, my interaction with your finance department was disappointing and lived up to the negative reputation often associated with auto financing. The finance representative rushed through the pricing section of the contract, ultimately steering me toward a monthly payment that obscured a final price significantly higher, by several thousand dollars, than what I had agreed to. I believe this began when Jennifer's manager returned from sales management during negotiations and asked me to initial a payment amount on a slip of paper, which appears to have been a tactic to justify the inflated price later on. While I have purchased at least 10 cars, this was the first time I experienced this technique. This was my second purchase at your dealership, and our third Chevy. More
