The finance representative rushed through the pricing section of the contract, ultimately steering me toward a monthly payment that obscured a final price significantly higher, by several thousand dollars, than what I had agreed to. I believe this began when Jennifer's manager returned from sales management during negotiations and asked me to initial a payment amount on a slip of paper, which appears to have been a tactic to justify the inflated price later on. While I have purchased at least 10 cars, this was the first time I experienced this technique. This was my second purchase at your dealership, and our third Chevy. More

From the very first moment, Alex was very friendly, kind and willing to assist us with all our questions in regard to the Z71 Tahoe. He took the initiative to walk us over to the lot and show us the Tahoes as well as explain in detail the differences between them and all the features each one had to offer. Alex was very knowledgeable which helped us choose the right Z71 Tahoe for our family. We were so happy with the service that we proceeded to begin the buying process.
