When I walked into the dealership, I was only looking, I did not plan on buying a car yet. I worked with Brook, he showed me a couple of cars, then I found the car that I wanted. What I liked about your dealership, I did not feel pressured in anyway, I was given options based on my needs and this is the first time I did not need to go back and forth regarding an interest rate, I believe I was given the best interest rate based on my credit. I usually try to get preapproved before walking into the dealership. The next time I purchase a vehicle ( for my husband) we will go to Marquitz in Troy MO first. Thank you!! I love my car. Brooks came recommended by a friend who also purchased at Marquitz. I was in the market for a new GM truck that was a little hard to find (extended cab, long box). Throughout the entire process, Brooks listened to what I needed and supplied all the information I requested with a no-pressure approach which I really appreciate. When Brooks was not available, he made sure Val was there to answer all my questions and concerns. Jim was easy to work with as well. Found the best financing options for me and made everything very clear, again with no pressure or hard-sell tactics. The price quoted was the price I paid: no surprise fees later on in the signing of the papers. I really appreciate that, too! My first time buying at Marquitz. I am definately buying my next vehicle from Brooks at Marquitz Motors. I prefer smaller dealerships that pride themselves on getting to know the customer, winning your business through friendly service, not hype, gimicky advertisements and slick sales pitches. I am 82 years young and have purchased many cars but this was one of the most pleasant experiences in buying my new Buick LaCrosse.
