I have been a longtime customer of this dealership, having bought my last several vehicles from the E. Cleveland Ave location. I had an emergency situation just before Christmas and had to purchase another vehicle. Jim Holmwood was the sales rep and took excellent care of the situation. He took his time with me Christmas Eve and I was able to drive my new Subaru off the lot that day. Thanks to him, I went home in a much happier mood than when I went in.
