I've taken my truck there for years. We recently moved to Martinsville, but still wanted to go somewhere familiar. I was a little ticked off this time. We brought in my truck and my wife's Traverse at the same time. It was talked about getting the truck done first so we could come back for the Traverse. Our appointment was at 8:15am which we arrived right on time. We checked out with the truck at 10:52! Over two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation! That's disappointing. Never saw our service advisor James Templeton once. More
