Process to test and purchase vehicle was pleasant, but took way too long. Not sure why we were left to sit for so long (almost 2 hours!) waiting for paperwork, then waiting for car to be ready. Billy was amazing to work with and I would recommend him to all others looking to buy a new Porsche. However, I'm really disappointed in the management and service. Billy was trying to help, but I blame the dealership management and service dept for never following up or immediately reaching out to ease her concerns.
