Excellent experience! I've been to many dealerships and this was my favorite experience so far. Everything from service to finance, management, customer service and my fav I've been to many dealerships and this was my favorite experience so far. Why Jim Johnson is the greatest car dealer of all time I wasn't quite in the market...I didn't NEED a new vehicle, so really I was sort of browsing for a good deal. I had been looking at private sellers I wasn't quite in the market...I didn't NEED a new vehicle, so really I was sort of browsing for a good deal. I had been looking at private sellers for months when a friend gave Jim my information. Being a little skeptical about the decency of salesmen, I was certain that he couldn't beat any of my craigslist deals. I dragged this man through the mud for over a month before I agreed to even meet him. Jim worked his butt off. He earned my respect with his honesty and dedication. We run across subpar people so often that when you find someone willing and passionate, you appreciate them so much more. This is how I feel about Jim as a dealer AND a person. He helped me. He worked hard for my business. He made me feel welcomed and important. I became his priority and for that I support him in what he does. I had visited a few other dealers before Jim, but he was the one who found me the right vehicle at the right price. He was the most honest and the most caring. And he is the one that I recommend to anyone. More

Great service...beyond what I expected Jim Johnson went above and beyond what I expected in terms of service. When his location couldn't give me what I wanted, he worked with the Chevy deal Jim Johnson went above and beyond what I expected in terms of service. When his location couldn't give me what I wanted, he worked with the Chevy dealership, drove me there and sat with me until my new lease was finalized. We didn't get back to his dealership until well after his shift had ended but he didn't complain one bit. I would highly recommend Jim Johnson at Randy Wise to anyone of my friends.
