This last time they did not have what I needed due to low inventory on used cars. I did however find a terrain somewhere else. Fulfilling an appointment for Park Assist install on my 2022 Canyon Denali. The Service Manager,Jim, was polite as always and suggested a cup of hot coffee while I waited for the recall to be completed. In 2022 Canyon Denali. The Service Manager,Jim, was polite as always and suggested a cup of hot coffee while I waited for the recall to be completed. In the meantime I noticed a 2021 GMC Acadia Denali on the lot and spoke initially with Andrew and then the Sales Manager, James. We exchanged pleasantries and then proceeded to discuss my trade in value on the Canyon towards a potential purchase of the Acadia. James provided me with the information I needed and by the time I returned to the waiting area; my vehicle was ready to roll. Jim handed me the keys, wished me well and I was heading home. My truck was serviced, had a cup of coffee, and discussed a potential business transaction all in one and a half hours. Not bad! Thanks again for a good experience . Len . More
