Liz in scheduling gave me a date & time that worked for me since I have to come up from the Cape - with bridge considerations - and she's great! Jim in service is always a pleasure to work with -- car is me since I have to come up from the Cape - with bridge considerations - and she's great! Jim in service is always a pleasure to work with -- car is done in very reasonable time so I am in & out and he always explains what was done -- very nice guy and so pleasant!! After over 8 years of working with Robertson's (from day 1 of purchase to 34,000 miles) I have been more than happy with everyone I have encountered here!!
