Making an appt is the secret - showed up just a bit early, 10 minutes and service was ready for me. Service completed in about 40 minutes - perfect !!! Matt had my Terrain in & out within 20 minutes (sooner than expected) which was great as I had to come up from the Cape and having to come over the bridge on a Friday was not my favorite activity, but I h than expected) which was great as I had to come up from the Cape and having to come over the bridge on a Friday was not my favorite activity, but I had been without the liftgate working for weeks and this was the first appointment I could get or wait another couple weeks so I took it!!
