They really don’t care at all about the customer. Really surprised as the other Hawk dealerships are very professional. Terrible GM and everyone else can’t make any decisions. I have purchased many cars in my life at a number of dealerships but this one is hands down the worst I have ever encountered and sadly they don’t even pretend to try. More

I would like to thank everyone that helped me with the purchase of my new Corvette. I was there for the C8 promotion on October 8th 2019. Jim Muisenga checked over my order to make sure everything was cor purchase of my new Corvette. I was there for the C8 promotion on October 8th 2019. Jim Muisenga checked over my order to make sure everything was correct and assured me of receiving the vehicle that I ordered. It took a while but was worth the wait. I have heard of so many people having problems with dealers marking up the car or adding hidden fees. It was nice to see an honest straight forward sales process I am thinking about a Z06 if I decide to purchase one I will be heading back to Hawk. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new C8 to head on over to Hawk Chevrolet in Joliet Illinois. More
