I dropped off a car to have a diagnosis of a check engine light that was coming on frequently in connection to hesitation and chugging under light acceleration. I had a 7 AM appointment, so I dropped of light that was coming on frequently in connection to hesitation and chugging under light acceleration. I had a 7 AM appointment, so I dropped off my car the night before. I didn't hear from the dealership for seven hours and when I did, I was told I needed an oil change. There was no diagnosis of the error codes from the check engine. They simply guessed at a solution. I was livid that it took that long to inform me of an oil change. Because I needed the car back, I agreed to the oil change. I knew xxxx well that wasn't my problem. Driving home from the dealership, the check engine light came on again when the car again hesitated and chugged. More
