Made appt for recall part install. Drove 90 miles round trip only to be told they do not have the part in. I bought this vehicle Jan of 2024. We were told then it was part of a recall. Drove 90 miles round trip only to be told they do not have the part in. I bought this vehicle Jan of 2024. We were told then it was part of a recall.... almost 2 years later a day off of work and making the trip to be told part not there. The said once in they will come and get it take it back to their dealership and fix and bring back to Deforest BUT....THE AIRBAG RECALL STILL NOT FIXED.....POOR customer service of GM and Ewald. My salesman has since move on and since older vehicle I feel not important enough to get handled. More
