Made appt for recall part install. Drove 90 miles round trip only to be told they do not have the part in. I bought this vehicle Jan of 2024. We were told then it was part of a recall. Drove 90 miles round trip only to be told they do not have the part in. I bought this vehicle Jan of 2024. We were told then it was part of a recall.... almost 2 years later a day off of work and making the trip to be told part not there. The said once in they will come and get it take it back to their dealership and fix and bring back to Deforest BUT....THE AIRBAG RECALL STILL NOT FIXED.....POOR customer service of GM and Ewald. My salesman has since move on and since older vehicle I feel not important enough to get handled. More

Went in for brake pads on the passenger side of my truck . Said I need a new caliper it was locked up . Then said I need a new brake rotor . Called me towards the end of the day and said they were bringing . Said I need a new caliper it was locked up . Then said I need a new brake rotor . Called me towards the end of the day and said they were bringing it around for me and said drivers side locked up . So I had to get them changed the next day . Had it overnight and over $ 1200. 00 later . My truck has only 52000 miles on it a.d needed all this work !!! Also at time of write up I asked for them to replace the windshield wipers . NEVER did that . And they had it overnight!!! I won't go back !!!! There's other places i can take it . More
