The salesmen were not hovering over you and trying to pressure you to buy a car now. The salesman, Jimmie Whorley was the most experienced car salesman I have met. He truly knows a lot about the cars he is selling. I am a car guy and tend to ask a lot of technical questions. Jimmy answered all my questions without hesitation. Our experience ended with Joe Boscarino, delivery coordinator, who explained how to use all the high tech features, especially the on screen and navigation features. This was very helpful. More

The buying experience for my new F150 was honestly smooth, hassle-free and downright pleasant. Got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted with everything being on the up and up. That's right, a pleasant experience negotiating and purchasing a new vehicle with no surprises or hidden fees. And yes, I have purchased many new vehicles the past 30 years and this by far was the best experience I ever had. Moveover, my salesman Jimmy Whorley was extremely knowledgeable, polite and eager to provide any assistance or answer any questions I had. As a side note, being an engineer I had many techinal questions. Jimmy also went above and beyond the call of duty and climbed into the bed of my truck after picking it up and and installed some cleats for me. Thanks again Jimmy, really impressive service, what more can I say! Like many buyers, I reviewed the ratings for this dealership prior to even contacting them. I can wholeheartedly say they met and even exceeded my high expectations and lived up to there name "Performance Ford" because the bottom line is they did perform.
