Presented a bogus lease agreement for a new car deal on 4/30/26 Had to rewrite and process a partial refund. Promised delivery of newly executed agreement, refund check, training on car features and setup 4/30/26 Had to rewrite and process a partial refund. Promised delivery of newly executed agreement, refund check, training on car features and setup of blue link feature on Tuesday. None of these things happened. As of Saturday, they still owe me a $600 refund, a corrected lease agreement to reflect the 4/30/26 lease date and training on the vehicle at my home as promised. Blue Link still doesn't work. Stated they didn't want to set up the Blue Link until after I had the app installed on my phone which should not have been a factor it should automatically be activated by the dealer after the transaction has been completed as per my last 4 Hyundai vehicles that were leased. Very unorganized. Dropped the ball. Not good with details or follow up. More
