Even the "Popcorn" lady helped!!! My wife and I recenty attented the auto show in Richmond and met Jimmy Bryson and talked with him for quite a while about the Honda CR-V My wife orig My wife and I recenty attented the auto show in Richmond and met Jimmy Bryson and talked with him for quite a while about the Honda CR-V My wife originally wanted a Subaru but with us having many Honda's over the years and the room in the CRV and the options on the CRV she made up her mind. We went to a dealer ship ( not Colonial) and test drove the model we wanted and received a price I thought was very good. I wanted to give Jim a call at Colonial and asked him if he could meet us at the dealership to talk about the model we wanted. Colonial had the CRV we wanted ready when we arrived to take a test drive. The test drive passed the test for my wife, now would we receive a "good deal". Jim, our salesman beat the offer I thought was a very good deal, we were sold. I must add that as we met each Colonial employee everyone asked if we were being helped, just let them know if we needed any help. We can't say enough about the help and knowledge Jim, Sabrina, and the " popcorn lady " demonstrated during our purchase experience. As we stated earlier we have had many Honda's in the past, but none of those purchases from those dealerships came close to our experience at Colonial Honda, many thanks to all of you!! Wow! What a team! I've bought a new car here before and it was great! This was to be a car for my son, They listened to my stated car needs, and helped me to find a use I've bought a new car here before and it was great! This was to be a car for my son, They listened to my stated car needs, and helped me to find a used vehicle that met them, and even more. They didn't pull the "new car shuffle" and try to make me spend a lot more than I wanted to, or felt I was able to. They on delivery, even went out of their way and made the car as presentable as possible. I appreciate their ethic and also, all the smiles! As a single female I will leave a dealer in a minute if I start to hear a hint of the "now little lady" talk... I've never heard that here... The are all about great cars and how can I help! Thanks!
