Our salesperson (Jimmy) was very professional, honest, direct and courteous during our car buying experience. The dealership was packed with people since it was month-end but Jimmy treated us as if we were the only customers there. We also enjoyed working with Roy (the business manager) who patiently answered all our many questions. Most people approach the car buying process with dread but we enjoyed ours and we attribute it to the terrific staff at Continental Honda. If we had lived closer, we would have loved to give them our service business as well. That's how much these folks have impressed us. More

Sales transaction is as smooth as can be, and I know I'm getting a good deal. No sceevy sales guys, everyone is so trustworthy. The service dept takes a while on busy days and don't have a quicklane like other dealers do, but if you manage your day/time correctly and make an appt- everyone is happy. More
