I bought a new Colorado during the first week of June and at 420 miles, the dash lit up with multiple system failures. I took it to Feldman service near the end of June and they determined that it needed a n at 420 miles, the dash lit up with multiple system failures. I took it to Feldman service near the end of June and they determined that it needed a new brake control module which would need to be ordered. They didn't have any loaners available at that time so I was given my truck back to drive with the errors. It was drivable though many safety systems were not functioning. I got a call that the part had come in near the end of July and took it in. I was promised that it would be ready in two work days. After a week I called and was told that they were too busy to work on it that week and the service agent was going on vacation the next week. Apparently when he is gone none of his jobs get worked on since nothing was done for another week. I spoke with him the following week and was told that they were waiting for the module. I reminded him that it was in over two weeks prior. He speculated that there must have been something wrong with it. While that is possible, I believe that it was used to fix someone else's vehicle while he was gone. After it had sat there for six weeks I finally received a call that it was ready on September 9. During the time it was sitting there I had to make two payments on a truck I didn't even have. I understand that parts are sometimes difficult to get but the part was there and they were "too busy" to work on it for two weeks and it mysteriously disappeared. I did not have a usable truck for the entire summer driving season. It currently has 900 miles on it after owning it for three months. More
