Your left and right hands are clearly out of sync, and your consistent request for feedback from the time I checked out to several emails and phone calls is too much. Then I got a call for an appointment your consistent request for feedback from the time I checked out to several emails and phone calls is too much. Then I got a call for an appointment for another service the day after I had my car serviced. Nobody is on the same page. I also had an earlier appointment for my car to be picked up for service; they did not show up, and then I got a call that I had missed my appointment. Overall, I now know purchasing the service when buying a car is not worth it. More

I'm surprised that the dealer did not even vacuum the car when they had it for service. And they don't wash it. I understand that, but not vacuuming the car. I had service on my 2001 highlander. The service manager was very polite and took care of my air conditioning problem. He called and found a condenser in Salisbury, He had it deliver The service manager was very polite and took care of my air conditioning problem. He called and found a condenser in Salisbury, He had it delivered and installed. Since I was on vacation and was the last day of my visit, the family was more than comfortable in a cooled auto in 96 degree weather. Thank you Koons service department. More
