We had a great experience with our salesperson, Jimmy Palsimano. He was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and answered all our questions. As far as the dealership’s admin process, we spent way too long there given that we did the car pre-selection and finance application online. It was not an exceptionally busy day, and once we finally did see the Finance Mgr, it was a very rushed process with little explanation on the documents. There was too much downtime for no apparent reason. There was also a mistake in the car we selected online vs what was ready for us when we arrived. We understand this dealership is under new owners and getting the “kinks” out. Hopefully, this review helps focus on areas needing improvement because the car and sales team are awesome! More

There's a nice vibe at this dealership. Everyone has been kind and courteous, and no one seems to be uptight. It's very comfortable there too.
