Hi, I’m Jimmy Rye — an automotive technician with nine years in the trade. I’ve always had a love for cars and the challenge of figuring out what makes them tick. For me, being an auto tech isn’t just a job — it’s a craft. There’s something incredibly satisfying about diagnosing an issue, getting your hands dirty, and bringing a vehicle back to life. Working with Porsche has allowed me to combine precision, performance, and passion in a way that keeps me motivated every day. Outside of work, I spend a lot of my free time weight training and playing competitive video games. I enjoy staying active, pushing myself, and finding a good challenge both in and out of the shop.
