Our recent purchase marks the 6th vehicle we have bought Rio Vista. It's the 5th from Jimmy Sanchez. It is so hard to find a salesman you can trust, he is a rare exception. There’s a reason we don't even consider going anywhere else—he consistently provides a car-buying experience that is unmatched. From the very first car to this latest one, Jimmy has always been the ultimate professional. He provides clear, straightforward pricing and is always honest about trade-in values and financing options. There’s zero pressure, which makes the whole process comfortable and transparent. He listens to what we want & doesn't try to push us into something more. His communication is excellent and he always has keys ready to go for a test drive & paperwork is done quickly so we are in & out. We asked them to swap tires from my old Tahoe to the new Tahoe and they did not hesitate to make this swap. They give 110% to customer service. We always refer friends to Rio Vista..the entire team is the best. More

I have to start out by saying Rio Vista Chevrolet is the best dealership that I’ve ever dealt with. all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Oscar, my salesman was absolutely amazing, Rudy in Parts best dealership that I’ve ever dealt with. all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The sales manager, Tyler was again like the rest of the staff Amazing to work with top-notch in my opinion. Dave & Justin in the Service Department are great. My issue is that I feel that I am paying 25-35% more than I should for repair work. The dealership makes money on their parts, their fee for diagno My issue is that I feel that I am paying 25-35% more than I should for repair work. The dealership makes money on their parts, their fee for diagnostics, and on the mechanic's labor. The fact that they charge by the book rate instead of actual time is a ripoff to the customer. Going forward it has become clear to me that I should seek outside dealership repairs by non-affiliated, but qualified mechanics. Additionally, a Service rate of $199/hour is just insane. More
