There is a sense you get from the sales staff that I haven't felt in a long time: low pressure, courtesy, and knowledge of product. My friend bought a Mazda Miata and I bought a Nissan Z car. According to our research before arriving, the asking price was very close to Edmunds and other car websites. The showroom and waiting rooms are small and outdated by some dealer standards, but everyone abides by the "eight foot rule" and greet customers with a smile. The buying process was very smooth, with only one hiccup: my final monthly payment increased a few dollars from the agreed upon amount during the contract signing session with the finance department because the interest rate was a bit higher for an extended loan. The owner, Sam, is very gracious, attentive, progressive and committed to making his dealership an outstanding 'small town' Chevrolet dealership. More
