Eli was the best, most honest car salesman I’ve ever worked with. He’s so personable and knowledgeable. Even before I did a test drive, he took so much time showing me all the features on the Tucson. We could have handled everything online like our last purchase, but Eli is what made us purchase from Southern Hyundai. I am recommending him to family and friends for future purchases. The car buying process was good. During the processing of the vehicle, I ask when the last time tie oil was changed and never got a straight answer. I scheduled to have the oil changed and drove the car for about 600 miles and checked the oil and it had burned more than a new car should have. I am very disappointed with my purchase as this is the only car I have now. I purchased it for reliability. I am one dissatisfied customer. I have to bring the vehicle back on a regular basis to find out why it is burning oil so quickly. I am very disappointed. More
