Unprofessional and untrustworthy -Went in for a coolant leak assessment, was told I needed an engine replacement and that they have an available engine with 8k miles -Offered reduced rate to ret coolant leak assessment, was told I needed an engine replacement and that they have an available engine with 8k miles -Offered reduced rate to retain service when I found a cheaper quote -Engine turned out to have 80k miles not 8k -The repair took almost a month -Poor communication throughout the entire process, even when attempting to coordinate payment and pickup -Had to reach out repeatedly and through multiple parties for basic information -texts, calls, and emails repeatedly got no response -Initially worked with Crystal Ayala, Service Advisor -Had escalated to Service Director, Jimmy White And Parts Director, Ken Branowicki -Looped in General Manager, Ray Clements, with no response This was the most difficult and unprofessional auto service experience I've ever had. I mistakenly thought a dealership with the Toyota name would be required to maintain a certain degree of professionalism but McGee Toyota of Putnam has proven to be untrustworthy with abysmally low standards. Patience and understanding cannot forgive the severity of missteps that occurred throughout the entire process. More

This past Saturday, my wife and I took her 2023 4Runner in for routine maintenance. We got our schedules mixed and missed our 10 a.m. appointment by two hours! The folks in reception, graciously squeezed u in for routine maintenance. We got our schedules mixed and missed our 10 a.m. appointment by two hours! The folks in reception, graciously squeezed us in, not even mentioning the missed appointment! During the service we received periodic updates, notices and recommendations. As usual, the work was performed flawlessly and promptly! I should also mention that the new facilities are state of the art, but still comfortable and accessible. I look forward to bringing my 4Runner in for service next month! More
