Boardman's Preston Hyundai is completely incompetent. My car was towed here after someone tried to steal my vehicle. The steering column and window needed replaced. I'm not faulting them over the tim My car was towed here after someone tried to steal my vehicle. The steering column and window needed replaced. I'm not faulting them over the time it took to repair (over a month) but I am blaming them for what occurred after. I initially picked up my vehicle after I was told it was finished. I drove my car off the lot (car was unlocked and had key in the ignition). I stopped at a store (I'm 45 mins from my home) and I come out and the key they provided did not unlock my door. So I had to call my insurance to send a locksmith. They opened the vehicle and set off the immobilization, causing the car not to start. So I then had to call my insurance again, get it towered back to the shop. So 2 days later I went to pick it back up. They gave me my old key back to get into my vehicle and a separate key for the ignition. Why wasn't this done when I picked up the vehicle?? They said it was an oversight... Then when I was driving home, my alignment was off and my steering wheel was tilted to the left 4 inches to drive straight. So I again had to take it back to the dealership... Another "oversight". So they said they are adding this to my claim as well. I've literally wasted so much time having to drive or have someone drive me back and forth dealing with all of this. This was complete incompetence on the part of Preston Hyundai in Boardman. I called my insurance company to dispute some of these charges. If I have another issue I'm not even going back there. I can accept a mistake or oversight, but several? Someone is not running the service department efficiently causing more stress to an already stressful situation to begin with. I would recommend going to a different dealership, not Preston Hyundai. More

I bought my 2022 Elantra in April. The check engine light has been on since may so 5 months now. I’ve had it in there twice and they haven’t fixed it yet. Now it’s the middle of September and my heat doesn’t work and they just canceled my appointment and I have to wait another week and who knows if they will even fix these issues when I do get in. I’m paying a lot of money for a car that’s had issues since right after I bought it and now I have no heat and it’s been two weeks. They don’t answer the phone or call me back when they say they’re going to talk to the manager and call me back. This is a joke. Should’ve never bought a car from them. Looking to trade it in somewhere else and never deal with them again More

First and last time I will purchase a Hyundai. Bought a 2025 Santa Cruz was in the shop with clutches needed changed in the transmission with 4000 miles on it. When we got the vehicle back they dented my tailgate and put wethertech rock and bug deflector was stolen off the vehicle. More

Second time engine light came on, first time to this dealership where we bought our Santa Cruz. Kept our vehicle for a week but did give us a car to use. Fuel injector on #1 cylinder bad, 2nd time. Supp dealership where we bought our Santa Cruz. Kept our vehicle for a week but did give us a car to use. Fuel injector on #1 cylinder bad, 2nd time. Supposed to have been replaced. This problem has been going on for 2.5 motors causing many owners to repeatedly go back to dealers to get fixed one injector at a time. When we picked our vehicle up I specifically asked if all the injectors were replaced ( 3 times ) and was told that they were. The next day the engine light came on again. Checked the paperwork from the mechanic and he basically rebuild one injector. The service representative either is not qualified to do her job and has no mechanical knowledge or she lied to me 3 times More
