I scheduled an install of OEM rails. After waiting for the parts to arrive, waiting two hours on a day I scheduled around the fix, it turns out the rails don't fit and are the wrong part After waiting for the parts to arrive, waiting two hours on a day I scheduled around the fix, it turns out the rails don't fit and are the wrong part. Not only were the parts incorrect, not only did it take two hours during an appointment to figure out the parts didn't work, but I wasted time scheduling a day around an event that couldn't happen to begin with. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional, but my time was wasted. The part software, service scheduling, and actual appointment time processes all need improvements. More
