I scheduled an install of OEM rails. Not only were the parts incorrect, not only did it take two hours during an appointment to figure out the parts didn't work, but I wasted time scheduling a day around an event that couldn't happen to begin with. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional, but my time was wasted. The part software, service scheduling, and actual appointment time processes all need improvements. More
