Joanne was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so welcoming and informative and really walked me through the entire process. I couldn't recommend her enough, and I am beyond pleased with my new G70. My only complaint was that it took over 2 hours to get my new car when I had a scheduled appointment to sign my papers and take my new car home. The car had dirty smudges throughout the console but Joanne was so quick to make it right for me. I knew the dirt and wait was out of her hands but she was wonderful and gracious throughout the entire process. More
