He diagnosed and repaired My Kia Sorento in a very timely manor. I can't say enough about how well we we're taken care of and was able to finish our trip home. I wish this dealership was closer to my house ad I would definitely be using them.
I also liked how they kept me updated on the progress of the work being performed in real time.

Extra fees of $1,500 on a $8,500 car and told they can’t remove the fees. So the dealer makes $2,000 on the base trade in and another in markup, nearly 40% profit! We walked of course. The fact the manager Tyler says they can’t negotiate on fees shows lack of customer focus, a red flag for sure.

I was not planning on getting a new car but just wanted to look at the 2025 Kia Carnival- wow such a beautiful car with such great updates! Then Ray introduced me to Charles who was who sold me my new car. Charles was so patient and kind and never was a pushy salesman. Wayne was also great with helping me get the deal I wanted and in finance I also had a great experience. So happy with my purchase and with the outstanding customer service that I experienced at Greenway!
