I still haven't received my paperwork from the deal I signed. I was told it would be sent to me via email and I have reached out 3 different times and I haven t got anything back. Taylor was great before I even came down to the dealership. She worked out a deal that made me choose there instead of Southside Kia and once got there I was told that the OTD on the car the sales manager didn't use the right numbers and that the OTD price actually turned out to be $4k more then what was agreed upon. I am looking at buying at least 2 more vehicles and will probably look at different dealerships based on my experience. More
