I scheduled a tire rotation online. I was able to get to my appointment earlier than the appointed time, but I was greeted and told that wasnt an issue at all. Overall the professionalism and keeping me informed was excellent. I also appreciate being dropped off and picked up by their shuttle. What they didn't tell me, that another company (tire company) told me was that I have a screw stuck in my tire. By not telling me that, they did a really bad job at assessing the obvious problem that even I could have found if I worked at a dealer. More
